the paint we used for the kitchen island is from benjamin moore. it's called greyhound blue (#1579) in the satin impervo finish. my decorator friend painted her bedroom this color and it is stunning! the chalkboard is painted using a sample pot from farrow and ball (veryyyyy expensive paint!) and i think it was the color pale powder.
