So I'm a little behind on my blogging, I had mentioned last time that we were going to Ash's softball game and that it was pink night. The weather was great which was nice for this mom, and they won both games! It was really fun to watch, everybody played awesome that night. All the girls showed their support and wore something pink!Tatum totally looks uncomfortable in this pic.lol
Cute little girls
Madi wasn't in the mood at this time, look at that lip!
A little later she lightened up, this is Madi we're talking about she can't stay away from a camera.
Peek a boo!

This is about as pink as Ash was going to get, he cut up a pair of the girls tights. We've got enough pink in this house to spare.

I'm sure David's going to love that I took this picture.lol
Scotty in action, he dyed his long johns that morning for the game.
Prestin trying to keep the sun out of his eyes and not all that excited that I'm taking his picture. Thanks for humoring me, Bud.

This is Ash after someone slid into second base, Ash got him out by the way.

Noah was planting big smooches on Ainsley all night.
Blurry but cute!
This was Ainsley in her new cupcake dress on Sunday before church. I forgot to take pictures of her little barrettes, she had cupcakes on both pigtails, too cute!
So this weeks game was cancelled due to rain, but hopefully the weather will be better for next week. I am hopefully going to get the pictures taken of the yard this week and we have a surprise for the kids that Ash is working on. I can't wait! Ash has been working really long days so I don't know when it will be done so that I'll be able to post pics. But I'll keep you posted!

Happy Anniversary!

Today me and Ash have been married for nine years, looking back over all that we've been through together makes me feel very blessed. We've had a great life together and I'm excited for what's to come in the future. I am married to a great guy and am more in love with him today than ever. I love you Ash, Happy Anniversary! Love Danielle

Too funny

Celebrity Swine Flu fatality!

And we all know who gave it to him.

(I'm corny I know, but come on this is funny! I just had to share this).

Football finally makes sense

I thought this was funny and thought I'd share it with the rest of you, you don't often hear a joke that's clean and funny at the same time. So here it goes...

A guy took his girlfriend to her first football game. They had great seats right behind their team's bench. After the game he asked her how she liked the experience.

"Oh, I really liked it," she replied, "especially the tight pants and all the big muscles, but I just couldn't understand why they were killing each other over 25 cents."

Dumbfounded, her date asked "what do you mean?"

"Well, they flipped a coin, one team got it and then for the rest of the game all they kept screaming was, "Get the quarter back! Get the quarter back!" I'm like Helloooooo? It's only 25 cents!!!

I hope it made you smile at least. Tonight is Ash's next softball game, hopefully the weather will be better. Don't worry I'll take lots of pics, everyone is supposed to wear something pink tonight so it should be pretty silly. Tatum is ready to show her support and all ready has her outfit all picked out. It should be fun!

I'm a nerd!

I did not realize I signed up for a facebook account recently, really I should not be let within twenty feet of a computer. Half the time I don't even know what I'm doing. I had received a request a long time ago from a friend for an invite and never took the time to look at her page, feeling bad about it I decided to check out her page. And then the next day Ash asked me when I joined facebook, I didn't know that I had until I received like ten friend requests. I started to set up my profile and just realized that it was truly one extra thing I didn't need to keep track of right now. Sorry for the confusion.

My baby bump

So Jen here's what you asked for, just keep in mind Prestin was taking my picture. The scary thing is I still have two and a half months left to go and I'm soooo huge! I'm fully expecting a 10 lb. baby this time, PRAY FOR ME!!!lol. So anyways I'm sure you are all so sick of my cupcake obsession by now, but it's my blog so there! I found these adorable cupcake items at Baby's R Us, actually Ash found this first one. This sweet Boppy cover
These are little p.j. sets, also notice the adorable polka dot box! Seriously, does it get any better?
And this cute little plaque I found on Etsy, by the way this is not what we're naming the baby.
Having little girls is so much fun(to buy for)!

Happy Mother's Day!

I just want to wish all the women in my life a very happy Mother's Day! I am very blessed to have women in my life who love and inspire me to be a better wife and mother, and offer up Godly wisdom in times of need. Today we had a Mother's Day Tea at our church, and I took Tatum, Avery and Madeline. They loved the tea party part for sure and drank two cups of tea each! Tatum was very proper through the whole tea and felt very grown up, it was a special time to share with my big girls. Each table had a hostess that set up and decorated in a different theme, we sat at a very beautiful, whimsical butterfly table. She did an awesome job, unfortunately my picture doesn't do it justice. For Mother's Day gifts I made these cupcake pops, I had gotten the idea from Bakerella's blog. Mine didn't turn out as great as hers did but they looked okay. Here's mine
And these are hers

They're pretty easy to do, but oh so tedious. I started the whole process about 9:30 p.m. and didn't go to bed until 2:30 a.m., and I only candy coated 23 of the 50 I made! It was definitely time consuming but they are adorable and very delicious! These are some of her other ideas that I'm going to try at a later date, they seem a little less time consuming since they are a one dip process and I won't have to wait as long for them to dry.
I think these little chicks would also be cute for baby showers, pink for girls and blue for boys.
All very cute and if any of you want to try them just go to her site on my blog list and click on the Pop Central logo and scroll down to the bottom of the page to get the recipe, so easy but make sure you have plenty of time set aside. And send me your pics so I can see how they turned out! Tonight our friends Connie, Shane and their girls watched the kids while we went and saw "Wolverine", it was really good! It was even better because we had free movie passes. Thanks Meehan's for being such awesome friends and loving our kids as much as we do! I'll just leave you with a pic of Ainsley sleeping with her Care Bears, isn't she just the sweetest thing?

So I know I need to post some pics of the front yard, but there is just one more thing that needs to be finished and then I will be able to take pics of the finished product. But I thought I would post some pics of the kids enjoying the sunshine! Here's a little sneak peek of some of the flowers Ash planted. Ainsley loves to smell them.It was a perfect day to play in the sprinklers. This is my contribution to the front yard since I couldn't really help Ash, aren't they pretty?
Ainsley smelling the flowers.I know, I know that's a lot of pics of her smelling flowers, but I have to do it for the grandma's and plus I couldn't decide which were my favorite.

This is our cat, Pepper hamming it up for the camera. Seriously, I started taking her picture and she got up and started rolling back and forth as if she was posing for the camera.

Our church has recently started up a softball team, which Ash has joined. Here he is #67
It was a lot of fun to watch, but the weather was miserable. It was cold and rainy, then it stopped and the wind started to blow. Miraculously, none of us are sick, but since we are such die hard LCBC(Lake Country Baptist Church) fans we will tough it out no matter what!lolThis has to be my favorite pic of all.

Ainsley being silly.

Madi and her styrophome cup tiara.
So more to come and to my friend Alyssa your tulips are beautiful!! Ahh, it's finally starting to feel like spring, YEAH!
